Dr. Shannon Martin successfully renewed her board certification in geriatrics, and Prof. Johnny Rider successfully completed his advanced training at the University of Washington School of Medicine’s Multiple Sclerosis Center.
Department News
Prof. Johnny Rider was awarded the Summer Doctoral Research Fellowship to help fund his dissertation from UNLV.
Dr. Robyn Otty was awarded the Fellow Award from the American Occupational Therapy Association. This national honor is awarded to occupational therapy practitioners for their significant contribution to the profession and Association.
The School of OT achieved #79 ranking from US News & World Report (up from #126 in 2019) – through the combined work of the entire faculty they were recognized by their peers with this overall improved rating score.
